Ingredients:

  • For the Bruschetta:
    • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch-thick slices

    • 200 grams fresh tuna or salmon sashimi, thinly sliced
    • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
    • 1/4 cup ponzu sauce
    • Sea salt to taste
    • Micro herbs for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bread:

    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
