- For the Ramen:
- 4 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Bolognese Sauce:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour in the red wine and cook until it has mostly evaporated.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, dried oregano, and dried basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
